Raised in Niger State, Mohammed Etsu’s educational journey began at Zarumai Model School, Minna, where he laid the groundwork for his future. After earning the West African Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) in 2002, he pursued higher education at the University of Abuja, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Economics in 2010, following a Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE) from the College of Education Minna.

Equipped with his academic background, Etsu embarked on a professional journey marked by dedication and success. His role as General Manager of Special Projects at Leadership Group Limited from 2019 to 2023 showcased his ability to enhance efficiency and drive growth.

Etsu’s passion for grassroots empowerment was evident during his time as Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Rural Electrification and Political Mobilization in Niger State. He played a key role in community engagement and off-grid projects, demonstrating his commitment to inclusive governance.

As an ardent advocate for youth involvement in politics, Etsu spearheaded #YouthLeadNigeria, a movement promoting youth participation in governance. His efforts in advocating for the #NotTooYoungToRun bill ushered in a new era of youth political engagement in Nigeria.

In the political arena, Etsu’s roles within the All-Progressives Congress (APC) were notable. As the youngest National Chairman Aspirant in the party’s 2022 national convention, he aimed to bring fresh perspectives to the forefront. His contributions as Director of Media and Strategic Communication in the APC Presidential Campaign Council highlighted his strategic abilities.

Beyond his professional and political endeavors, Etsu possesses a diverse skill set, including policy research, strategic communication, and grassroots organizing. A compelling speaker and effective communicator, he uses his platform to advocate for change and amplify marginalized voices.
